I found that my feet got extra hot when...Hey there! <BR/><BR/>I found that my feet got extra hot when I was pregnant and that often causes EXTREME itchyness. You could try washing your feet at nigth and then putting some creme on your feet for the ichyness. I had a similar thing happen where I would literally wake up in the middle of the night because the feet were so itchy. (but then I always have itcy feet!) It has been so dry/dusty/plain icky that that is more likely to be culprit.
